1. Who we are

This website (https://www.oxymedpurifiers.co.za) is operated by Oxymed SA (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2020/185954/07), trading as Oxymed Purifiers, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa with its registered and physical address at Progress House, Suite 001, Ground Floor, Lillipark Office Park, 354 Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia, Johannesburg, 2128, South Africa (“Oxymed”, “we”, “us”). Our contact details are set out in section 13 and on our Contact page, as required by section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.

2. Acceptance

By using this website or placing an order with us you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy, which together form the agreement between you and us.

3. Products and information

We take care to describe products accurately. Specifications are manufacturer figures and may be updated without notice. Product images are for illustration. Our products are household and commercial air‑treatment appliances; they are not medical devices and nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT at 15% unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown separately. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed on your invoice applies to your order. Payment is by EFT or secure card payment link; we do not store card details. Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.

5. Orders and contract formation

An order placed by website form, WhatsApp, email or telephone is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and issue an invoice. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud, in which case any payment received is refunded in full.

6. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds and warranty are governed by the policies linked in section 2, which incorporate your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

7. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not copy, scrape, reverse‑engineer or interfere with the website, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend access for breach.

8. Intellectual property

The Oxymed and Oxymed Purifiers names and logos, and all content on this website, are owned by or licensed to Oxymed SA (Pty) Ltd and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.

10. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 and our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can resolve it. You may also approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
